Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, contributing to the overall success of the project and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Should have experience on DevsecOps.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development efforts with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Must have experience in DevSecOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines within cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to automate build, test, and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools related to cloud platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
