Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves coordinating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration of full stack solutions. The role focuses on accelerating delivery timelines while maintaining high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. Daily activities include continuous testing across various domains such as security and application programming interfaces, developing and implementing automation strategies, and supporting configuration of data and environments. The position also involves active participation in code reviews, tracking and reporting defects, and contributing to ongoing improvements in testing processes to enhance overall product reliability and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to design and implement automation frameworks that improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing objectives with project goals and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Teradata BI.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java (Programming Language), TestNG.
- Strong understanding of test automation principles and continuous integration practices.
- Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts for various testing types including regression and API testing.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and support environment configuration for testing purposes.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools and methodologies to ensure effective issue resolution.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Teradata BI.
- This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
