What You'll Do
- Execute daily collections on the assigned portfolio, including overdue and upcoming invoices.
- Contact clients by email and phone to follow up on payments and commitments.
- Record, monitor and follow up on payment promises to ensure they are met.
- Identify causes of payment delays and coordinate actions to unblock payments.
- Manage simple disputes that affect collection, in coordination with Billing and Customer Service.
- Keep collections status updated in the ERP and prepare and analyze Excel reports (aging, overdue, payment promises, portfolio follow-up).

Rol operativo-analítico dentro de Order to Cash (OTC) responsable de la gestión activa de cobranzas, seguimiento disciplinado de pagos y comunicación efectiva con clientes para asegurar la recuperación oportuna de efectivo.
Responsabilidades principales
- Ejecutar gestión diaria de cobranzas sobre cartera asignada (facturas vencidas y por vencer).
- Contactar clientes mediante emails y llamadas para seguimiento de pagos y compromisos.
- Registrar, controlar y dar seguimiento a promesas de pago, asegurando su cumplimiento.
- Identificar causas de atraso y coordinar acciones para destrabar pagos.
- Gestionar disputas simples que impacten el cobro, en coordinación con Billing y Customer Service.
- Mantener actualizado el estatus de cobranzas en ERP con información clara y trazable.
- Elaborar y analizar reportes en Excel (aging, overdue, promesas de pago, seguimiento de cartera).
- Escalar oportunamente clientes críticos o pagos en riesgo según lineamientos definidos.
- Mantener una comunicación profesional, clara y orientada a solución con el cliente.
Requisitos del perfil
- Profesional en Administración, Finanzas, Contabilidad o afines.
- 2 años de experiencia en cobranzas / collections / cuentas por cobrar.
- Conocimiento práctico de aging, overdue, promesas de pago y seguimiento de cartera.
- Excel intermedio–avanzado: Tablas dinámicasFórmulas (BUSCARV/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF)Análisis y control de grandes volúmenes de datos
- Inglés B1/B2 para comunicación escrita y verbal con clientes.
- Habilidades clave: comunicación asertiva, organización, seguimiento, sentido de urgencia y enfoque en cash.
