- Provide global leadership for Private Data Services operations, with accountability for timely and high-quality delivery, effective workforce and capacity management, operational resilience and scalable operating practices.
- Lead client engagement and manage complex client escalations, partnering across client, product, technology and operations teams to drive timely resolution while identifying and addressing underlying systemic issues
- Establish strong operating discipline across service quality, productivity, controls and operational risk, using appropriate metrics and governance to continuously improve performance.
- Lead AI-enabled transformation and automation initiatives, identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual intervention, and improve the quality, efficiency and scalability of service delivery.
- Drive end-to-end process improvement and operating model transformation, translating operational challenges and client needs into sustainable solutions and measurable business outcomes.
- Build and develop a high-performing global organization by strengthening leadership capabilities, succession and talent pipelines, establishing clear accountability, and fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.

- Strong understanding of private markets, financial instruments, investment data and valuation concepts, with experience operating in complex, high-volume environments.
- Demonstrated experience in client management and complex escalations, with the ability to influence stakeholders, navigate competing priorities and drive issues through to resolution.
- Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale transformation, AI and automation adoption, and process improvement, with a focus on delivering measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, scalability and client outcomes.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with experience in operational governance, change management, developing high-performing teams, and communicating effectively across functions and geographies.
