At Bristol Myers Squibb, our employees often ask, “Who are you working for?”—a question that fuels collaboration, accountability, and urgency in our work. Our purpose-driven culture inspires us to discover, develop, and deliver innovative medicines to prevail over serious diseases. We offer uniquely interesting and meaningful work, opportunities for growth, and a supportive environment that values inclusion, wellbeing, flexibility, and comprehensive benefits. This is work that transforms the lives of patients, and the careers of those who do it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drives the processes for assigned protocol registration activities, resulting in timely, high-quality information posted on clinical trial registries (Clinicaltrials.gov, EU PAS, local registries).
  • Liaises with clinical team reviewers (Global Trial Managers, Operations Leads, Statisticians, Clinical Trial Physicians, Clinical Scientists, Development Leads, Patent Attorneys) and other stakeholders on all assigned trials to ensure trial registrations are accurate, consistent with the protocol and other source data, and reported in adherence to NIH guidelines.
  • Responsible for maintaining studies registered on Clinicaltrials.gov accurate and updated, according to data recorded in BMS Clinical Trial Management System and inputs from study teams
  • Maintains study trackers and ensures they consistently are up to date
  • Serves as a SME by educating stakeholders, as needed, on NIH detailed review criteria for registrations as well as Registration-related processes
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and digital solutions, to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of CT registration processes.
  • Participate in identifying and addressing risks related to non-compliance or data inconsistencies by monitoring process quality, escalating issues as needed, and engaging with stakeholders to support resolution and process alignment.
  • Support the development of team and cross-functional expertise by providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to help build organizational capability supporting clinical trial transparency practices.

We hire for skills and capabilities, not just credentials – if this role excites you, but doesn’t perfectly match your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
