为期六个月的”登峰计划“，针对全体销售做培训、复盘、跟进等工作，具体包括每周一次的全员培训及考试、每周两次以上的DM及代表层面复盘(以DM为单位), 每周一次的大区及DM层面复盘(以大区为单位)，市场部指导监督并每周排名通报
Qualifications
工作内容：每周培训、复盘、跟进等事项的协调、统计、内容反馈整理等
工作时间：每周四天到五天
工作周期：半年(10月底到27年3月底)
