Are you interested in shaping and elevating the customer and brand experience for Premium Fashion on Amazon?

We are looking for a results-driven Brand Manager (BM) to join Amazon Fashion's exciting and fast-paced Premium Fashion Concierge (PFC) team. This individual will own the end-to-end strategy for onboarding and managing strategic corporate priority selling partners, and will lead initiatives that drive measurable impact and growth across the broader Premium Fashion program.

The Premium Fashion Brand Manager will define and execute the shopping experience for premium customers, while partnering closely with Premium Brands to grow their selection, enhance their brand storytelling through new onsite experiences, and unlock new revenue opportunities. In this role, the BM will develop and own strategies for sustained long-term growth, drive brands toward improved operational performance, and build scalable programs that set the standard for the broader organization.

A successful candidate will be a self-starter motivated by an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment, with high quality standards and a passion for delivering best-in-class experiences for customers. They should demonstrate the ability to think both strategically and analytically about the business, influence without authority across cross-functional teams, build clear processes in the face of ambiguity, and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and organizations.

A strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and the ability to independently drive execution end-to-end while mentoring junior team members is a must.

- Develop and execute comprehensive selection growth strategies to expand brands' full product catalog and availability on Amazon, ensuring an ideal customer experience

- Design and implement scalable playbook processes and frameworks to define, simplify, improve, and accelerate growth for all Premium Brands across the program

- Lead the creation of Joint Business Plans with Premium vendors on an annual basis, conducting regular business reviews with senior leadership regarding progress, roadblocks, and strategic pivots

- Analyze data and customer insights to continuously identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, making actionable recommendations to the business backed by quantitative analysis

- Serve as the strategic voice of Premium Brands, influencing partner teams and senior leadership to enhance tools, systems, and policies based on program findings and brand feedback

- Identify and lead cross-functional initiatives that drive programmatic improvements, partnering with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Operations teams

- Mentor and develop junior team members (Associate Brand Managers), providing guidance on brand strategy, vendor management, and professional growth
