Estamos incorporando un Business Analyst para sumarse a nuestro equipo y contribuir en la comprensión de los objetivos del negocio, el análisis de requerimientos y la entrega de soluciones tecnológicas de alta calidad.

🎯 Responsabilidades principales

  • Colaborar con stakeholders del negocio para comprender necesidades, problemas y objetivos.
  • Relevar y analizar requerimientos funcionales y no funcionales.
  • Analizar workpapers de clientes y traducir lógicas de negocio en requerimientos claros.
  • Traducir necesidades del negocio en user stories completas, precisas y priorizadas.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con Project Managers y equipos de desarrollo para asegurar el entendimiento de los requisitos y la entrega de soluciones de software de calidad.
  • Elaborar documentación funcional, mockups, diagramas y modelos conceptuales.
  • Documentar y optimizar procesos de negocio.
  • Asistir en el diseño y conversión de requerimientos en funcionalidades Low-Code.
  • Brindar soporte al equipo técnico desde la perspectiva del negocio.
  • Contribuir en iniciativas de automatización y estandarización de procesos.
  • Mantener una comunicación asertiva y clara con Project Management y equipos internos.
