Orchestrate the Client Experience: Coordinate across product, sales engineering, consulting, customer success, operations, and account teams to resolve issues, deliver on commitments, and provide a consistent client experience.

Protect Retention and Manage Risk: Monitor client health, adoption, satisfaction, and commercial performance; address risks early; and lead actions that strengthen retention, revenue realization, and long-term partnership value.
