About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Team Overview

Our Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) Cloud Account Executive sales team is a group of passionate experts dedicated to transforming how organizations manage their most critical asset: their data. We are obsessed with the intersection of AI and Master Data Management (MDM), leveraging intelligent automation to clean, consolidate, and govern data at scale.

The Experience

As an Informatica MDM Cloud Account Executive, you will lead direct sales efforts for our enterprise-grade Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance platform. In this role, you will be responsible for driving complex, full-cycle sales campaigns into Strategic Enterprise Accounts. You will position our MDM solutions to C-suite executives (CDOs, CIOs, CTOs) and senior business leaders, demonstrating how unified customer master data, automated data quality, and account hierarchy management accelerate digital transformation, ensure regulatory compliance, and maximize CRM/ERP investments.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

  • Enterprise Pipeline & Revenue Generation: Build, manage, and close a multi-million dollar pipeline of net-new software and SaaS opportunities within targeted Fortune 500 / Enterprise accounts

  • Consultative Value Selling: Execute value-based sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger) to uncover customer pain points around data silos, poor account hierarchies, data quality, and compliance across complex enterprise environments.

  • C-Level Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, including Chief Data Officers (CDOs), Chief Information Officers (CIOs), VPs of Enterprise Architecture, and heads of Business Operations.

  • Solution Positioning & Business Case Development: Partner with Solution Engineers and Value Engineering teams to deliver tailored product demonstrations, ROI analyses, and business cases that quantify the value of enterprise MDM deployment.

  • Deal Strategy & Execution: Lead complex contract negotiations, RFPs/RFIs, pricing structures, and procurement processes, aligning multi-stakeholder legal, security, and executive teams to close enterprise-wide software licenses and subscriptions.

  • Partner & Ecosystem Collaboration: Collaborate with System Integrators (SIs), global consulting firms (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, PwC), and cloud ecosystem partners (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Snowflake, AWS) to co-sell and expand deal reach.

  • Account Strategy & Forecasting: Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, territory plans, and opportunity tracking in Salesforce to ensure consistent quarterly quota attainment.

You’re Our Person If...

  • You have 5–8+ years of enterprise software sales (SaaS/On-Prem) with a track record of consistently exceeding 7-figure quotas ($1M+ ARR)
  • You have demonstrated expertise selling enterprise data solutions—specifically Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Data Integration (ETL/ELT), Data Quality, or Enterprise Data Catalogs.
  • You possess a deep understanding of enterprise data architecture, CRM/ERP ecosystems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Workday), and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks).
  • You have a strong familiarity with enterprise account structures, customer 360 frameworks, and data compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • You have proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles lasting 6–12+ months with contract values ($250k–$1M+ ACV)
  • You are known for your strong business acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills

Even Better If…

  • You have an existing network of CDO, CIO, and Enterprise Architecture contacts within Fortune 1000 accounts
  • You are familiar or have experience in a co-selling role and worked with major MDM vendors such as Informatica, Reltio, Semarchy, Stibo Systems, SAP MDG, Riversand or similar
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field or you have equivalent practical experience
