Role Overview

Support the Immunology Commercial team in day-to-day sales operations, marketing activities and cross-functional projects to ensure effective business execution and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Administration: Support daily sales operations, including preparation and coordination of sales quotations, documentation and administrative tasks.
• Sales Reporting: Assist the Sales Lead in preparing sales reports and performance trackers.
• Sales Coordination: Coordinate sales meetings, team activities, event logistics and follow-up actions.
• Marketing Support: Assist with brand campaigns, promotional materials and customer engagement activities when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Fresh graduate or early-career candidate in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Interested in gaining exposure to pharmaceutical commercial operations and marketing.
