- Develop and execute compliant stakeholder engagement plans across relevant government, payer, expert, professional and patient ecosystems.
- Monitor developments related to HTA, FORNAS, JKN/BPJS, pricing, procurement, health financing and competitor access, translating insights into clear recommendations.
- Lead cross-functional access workstreams, ensuring clear governance, responsibilities, timelines, risk management and decision-making.
- Build internal understanding of the HTA pathway, FORNAS process and evolving public-access environment.
Essential for the role
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, medicine, public health, health economics, economics, life sciences or another relevant discipline.
- Relevant experience in market access, HTA, reimbursement, payer engagement, health policy, government affairs or a related pharmaceutical or healthcare role.
