Responsibilities

Immigration Guidance and Employee Support:

  • Independently support a large population of visa-dependent employees, researching complex matters, identifying legal and business issues, and presenting formal case strategy recommendations to attorneys and management.

  • Partner across HR, Legal, and business groups to align immigration support with workforce planning and global talent needs.

  • Translate complex immigration requirements into clear, sustainable guidance for employees, managers, and other stakeholders.

Operational Excellence:

  • Lead initiatives that transform immigration casework into scalable processes, playbooks, and resources adopted across the team.

  • Leverage technology-enabled solutions (automation, analytics, workflow tools, AI) to improve efficiency, consistency, and compliance.

  • Anticipate risks, embed safeguards into immigration processes, and drive consistency across workstreams.
