Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands active leadership in coordinating efforts across various groups, maintaining high standards for code quality, scalability, and system performance, while aligning solutions with evolving business needs. The role also includes fostering collaboration and innovation to deliver robust and efficient software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing complex project deliveries.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges across multiple integrated systems.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and tools to ensure high standards of software quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate within technical constraints.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
