  • Drive business readiness assessments, identifying gaps and ensuring appropriate remediation plans are in place ahead of key milestones and Go-Live.

  • Establish the Hypercare and stabilisation model in partnership with the IT Project Manager, including support structure, issue triage, escalation, and resolution processes.

  • Manage business risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions, escalating material concerns to the Business Programme Manager and project leadership as required.

  • Track and report business delivery status, providing clear visibility of progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and readiness.

  • Collaborate across Business, IT, ETO, and implementation partners to ensure strong cross-functional alignment and successful end-to-end delivery.
