SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant

About the Role

Accenture is seeking experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) professionals to join our SAP and Enterprise Performance Management practice. This role is ideal for technical or functional consultants with expertise in business intelligence, planning, financial analytics, enterprise reporting, dashboard development, and data integration across SAP landscapes.

You will help clients transform their reporting, planning, forecasting, and decision-making capabilities by leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud and related SAP technologies. You will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, technology teams, and data specialists to design and deliver end-to-end analytics and planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) implementation, enhancement, migration, and transformation initiatives across finance, supply chain, HR, sales, and executive reporting functions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAC reporting, dashboarding, planning, forecasting, and analytics solutions.
• Design and develop SAC Stories, Dashboards, Applications, Data Models, Planning Models, and Predictive Analytics solutions.
• Configure and optimize SAC Planning capabilities including budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, financial planning, and scenario modeling.
• Integrate SAC with SAP and non-SAP data sources including SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP BPC, SAP HANA, SuccessFactors, ERP systems, and third-party platforms.
• Develop functional and technical design documents, test scripts, training materials, and deployment documentation.
• Support data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover activities, hypercare support, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Data & Analytics, Digital Transformation, and SAP functional teams to deliver integrated business solutions.
• Provide recommendations on analytics strategy, reporting governance, KPI frameworks, self-service analytics, and performance management best practices.
• For Manager-level professionals, lead project workstreams, manage stakeholder relationships, oversee delivery teams, contribute to solution architecture, and support business development initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP Analytics, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Business Intelligence (BI), Data Analytics, or SAP transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) implementation, configuration, and support.
• Strong understanding of SAC Planning, Analytics, Reporting, Dashboard Development, and Data Modeling capabilities.
• Experience integrating SAC with SAP solutions such as S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP Datasphere, BPC, SuccessFactors, or other enterprise platforms.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solution design in a client-facing environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP BPC, or SAP Business Warehouse solutions.
• Experience delivering Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Budgeting & Forecasting, Management Reporting, or Enterprise Performance Management solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP Data Warehouse, Data Integration, ETL processes, and cloud-based analytics architectures.
• Experience with SAC Advanced Formulas, Data Actions, Allocations, Calendar Processes, and Planning Workflows.
• Familiarity with SAP Digital Boardroom, SAP Group Reporting, SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), or SAP PaPM.
• Experience working in industries such as Financial Services, Resources, Energy, Telecommunications, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, or Public Sector.
• SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA, or related SAP certifications.
• Experience leading teams, managing workstreams, and engaging senior executive stakeholders.
