Success in this role requires a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. You will identify market opportunities, shape strategic priorities, drive execution against business objectives, and ensure Northern Europe operates with a clear, integrated commercial agenda across the full CNPF portfolio.
You will work closely with Country Managers, Account Managers, Customer Solutions Architects, Product Leads, and regional and global stakeholders to ensure Mastercard presents one coordinated face to the market and delivers against ambitious growth targets.

Maintain focus on delivering business outcomes, including revenue, volume, pipeline, and strategic growth objectives.

Partner Across the Organization
Build strong partnerships with Country Managers, Account Managers, local product teams, and regional and global CNPF stakeholders.
Lead through influence, creating alignment across a matrixed organization and ensuring priorities are translated into action.

Monitor progress against KPIs and proactively address barriers to execution.

Provide Market Leadership
Stay ahead of emerging market trends, competitive developments, regulatory changes, and customer needs.
Translate market insights into actionable opportunities that strengthen Mastercard's position across Corporate & New Payment Flows.

All About You
You are a commercially minded leader who combines strategic thinking with a strong bias for action. You are comfortable operating in complex environments, building alignment across diverse stakeholders, and driving growth through partnerships and influence.
