Job Description
At Our Heart
We are committed colleagues who believe in the power of diversity, equity, and inclusion. We offer opportunities based on merit and welcome candidates of all backgrounds. Our team is growing, and we are looking for bright minds who bring creativity, curiosity, and flexibility. What talent do you have?
About the Role
As Insights & Analytics Lead, you will serve as the Insights & Analytics business partner for the cluster covering Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway.
You will translate standardized IBU analytics, forecasting, insights, and commercial operations methodologies into meaningful local actions. Rather than simply producing dashboards, your focus will be on contextualizing insights, supporting decision-making, driving adoption of standards, and ensuring insights lead to measurable business actions.
How You Will Contribute
- Establish a consistent cluster insight-to-action rhythm through monthly performance reviews, quarterly business reviews, and launch-related analysis.
- Translate analytics into clear business narratives covering what happened, why it matters, and what actions should follow.
- Provide recommendations on resource allocation, targeting, channel mix, and commercial barriers.
- Drive adoption of standardized KPIs, reporting templates, dashboards, and measurement frameworks across the cluster.
- Contextualize central analytics with local market intelligence, including competitor activity, access changes, tender outcomes, supply constraints, and field feedback.
- Partner with Finance to strengthen forecasting through local assumptions, scenario inputs, and market reality checks, particularly for product launches.
- Support stakeholders in interpreting forecasting ranges and converting scenarios into practical plans.
- Capture structured and unstructured commercial insights from CRM notes, field observations, and competitor updates.
- Lead key commercial operations processes, including HCP segmentation, call planning, target-list execution, territory alignment, and sales force effectiveness analytics.
- Oversee Sales Incentive Plan governance, administration, and calculation while promoting greater standardization across IBU.
- Coordinate cluster input into standardized market research programs and convert findings into actions.
- Ensure local measurement and tracking requirements support comparable analytics and a single version of the truth.
- Share relevant local learnings, barriers, and best practices with the Central MCE I&A Hub and other clusters.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Significant experience in Insights & Analytics, Commercial Insights, Marketing Analytics, Commercial Excellence, Forecasting, Market Research, or a related commercial function.
- Experience within pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or another regulated and complex environment is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to act as a strategic business partner to marketing and commercial stakeholders, facilitating decisions rather than only producing analysis.
- Experience working within one or more countries in the Nordic cluster, ideally within a multi-country, multicultural, or regional operating model.
- Hands-on experience in at least two of the following:
- Performance analytics and KPI interpretation
- Forecasting and scenario planning
- Sales force effectiveness, call planning, HCP segmentation, or sales incentives
- Market research, competitive intelligence, or field insights
- Portfolio analysis, ROI concepts, or resource allocation
- Strong analytical literacy and the ability to challenge assumptions and turn ambiguity into prioritized actions.
- Experience driving adoption of shared dashboards, KPI definitions, standardized templates, and common measurement frameworks.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience using Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with CRM and field systems, such as Veeva, as well as digital metrics and basic data structures.
- Exposure to AI tools, Power Automate, advanced analytics, text analytics, or GenAI-enabled workflows is an advantage.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex insights clear and actionable.
- Willingness to travel within the cluster or region based on business needs.
Your Key Stakeholders
You will collaborate closely with Cluster and Country Marketing Leads, commercial leadership, Finance, DD&T, local operations, Therapy Area teams, the Central I&A Hub, and approved market research partners.

- Faster and more effective decision-making through monthly and quarterly insight cycles.
- Clear evidence that insights have been translated into business actions.
- Timely, high-quality forecast inputs and improved forecast accuracy.
