Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and team productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Azure OpenAI Service.
- Experience in designing and implementing cloud-based AI solutions using Azure OpenAI Service.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to integrate AI services with existing software architectures to enhance functionality.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing AI-driven applications for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with security best practices related to cloud AI services.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Azure OpenAI Service.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
