Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining solutions that effectively address performance requirements, enhance capabilities, and ensure scalability. The position demands a thoughtful approach to integrating various technology components to create cohesive and efficient systems that support organizational goals and evolving business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural strategies that align with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse technical teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Framework.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and best practices for scalable and high-performance systems.
- Experience in evaluating and selecting appropriate technology stacks and tools to meet project requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative, practical solutions.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business goals.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Framework.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
