Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the stability and reliability of systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance across environments. Collaboration with different teams to monitor application health and troubleshoot issues is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques for packaged and SaaS applications.
- Knowledge of low-code platforms and their application in customizing software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and stability.
- Understanding of release management processes and version control systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
