Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for all related activities. This role requires overseeing project progress, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that application solutions align with organizational goals. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive successful project outcomes and maintain seamless communication across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development initiatives to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Atlassian JIRA.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Siebel Configuration.
- Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management and configuration management processes.
- Ability to customize and optimize Atlassian JIRA workflows to support project requirements.
- Experience in integrating Atlassian JIRA with other development and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with issue tracking, project tracking, and reporting features within Atlassian JIRA.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Atlassian JIRA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
