They work with customers to architect well-designed solutions to complex technical problems, translating business requirements into scalable architectures grounded in AWS best practices. They operate in environments where business objectives may not be fully defined, and they help customers clarify requirements and identify the right technical path forward.

What You Will Do

You will work closely with account teams, senior SAs, and service teams to deliver high-quality technical engagements. You will own the design and delivery of technical solutions for your assigned customers, ensuring architectures are sound, scalable, and aligned with the customer's business goals. You will identify gaps in AWS products and services based on your customer engagements and contribute to effective feedback mechanisms that reach the right service teams. You will anticipate near-term customer needs and proactively bring solutions and recommendations to the table.
