Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project requirements, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into effective software applications, while also refining and optimizing existing systems to enhance overall performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and customizing SAP applications using ABAP on the HANA platform.
- Strong knowledge of database programming and optimization techniques specific to SAP HANA.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with SAP modules integration and data migration strategies.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and performance tuning of SAP ABAP programs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
