Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day revolves around leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. You serve as the main liaison for project stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination throughout the development lifecycle. Your role involves overseeing technical efforts, managing project priorities, and collaborating closely with various teams to deliver tailored software solutions that meet business needs. You actively monitor progress and address challenges to maintain project momentum and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software solutions.
- Document technical specifications and design decisions to support development and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Compensation.
- Strong understanding of Workday application architecture and configuration capabilities.
- Experience in designing and implementing compensation modules within Workday.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Workday compensation processes.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flows between Workday and other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality assurance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Compensation.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
