We are looking for an API Integration Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Adobe Workfront and other business applications. The role focuses on REST APIs, automation platforms, and end-to-end integration solutions to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong experience in API development, data transformation, scripting, and integration architecture, with the ability to manage client relationships, translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement. Experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable integrations between Workfront and other business applications using APIs, automation platforms, and integration tools.
• Gather and analyze client requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and manage integration delivery from planning through implementation.
• Design integration workflows using REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON/XML data transformation, following performance, scalability, and security best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Advise stakeholders on automation opportunities, workflow optimization, and integration strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead technical discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders, communicating complex concepts in clear business terms.
• Document integration solutions, architecture decisions, and reusable patterns to support scalability, knowledge sharing, and consistent team practices.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to technical standards and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience working with REST APIs, integrations, and automation platforms.
• At least 3 years of proven experience with Adobe Fusion, as specified in the original JD.
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of API authentication methods, including OAuth 2.0 and API keys, and API security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with JSON/XML data transformation and handling complex data structures.
• Experience with JavaScript or similar scripting languages for data manipulation and logic handling.
• Familiarity with databases and the ability to write efficient SQL queries.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and take ownership of integration delivery.
• Strong client-facing communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver in fast-paced environments.
• Basic understanding of large language models (LLMs) and core AI concepts, with the ability to use general-purpose AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to improve daily productivity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional iPaaS and automation platforms, such as Make or MuleSoft.
• Experience with identifying and implementing workflow automation opportunities and integration optimizations.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to reusable integration patterns and technical best practices.
