Job Description

About the role:
The People Experience Partner is a Tier 2 HR role within the regional HR delivery model, forming part of a co-located, clustered People Partnership team that delivers seamless, tech-forward employee journeys and experiences with clarity and confidence. The role provides specialist people partnership support to assigned client groups, business units, business functions and geographies, while also contributing to generalist work across the regional pool.

The role operates within the priorities, governance and service standards set for the regional HR delivery team.

Working under the direction of the Regional HR Lead, the People Experience Partner works with HR Business Leaders, Centres of Excellence and Innovation, People Solutions Advisors to resolve complex people matters, support leaders through core people processes, enable adoption of standard HR practices and escalate appropriately where regional or specialist intervention is required.

How you will contribute:

Operate within the Tier 2 layer of the regional HR delivery model, coordinating effectively with the Tier 0 Direct Access, Tier 1 People Solutions Advisors, the Regional HR Lead, HR Business Leaders, Centres of Excellence and Innovation, and broader People Solutions to ensure matters are handled at the right tier and escalated appropriately.

Provide people partnership support to assigned client groups and leaders within the region, in alignment with priorities set by the Regional HR Lead and HR Business Leaders.

Coach and advise leaders on complex or sensitive people topics, including employee relations, performance, talent, succession, learning, mobility, rewards, change activity and organisation design support, applying sound judgement and escalating where broader regional, legal or specialist input is required.

Work with HR Business Leaders, Centres of Excellence and Innovation, People Solutions Advisors and the Regional HR Lead to implement agreed people initiatives and ensure leaders receive joined-up support through the HR operating model.

Apply standardised people processes, support leaders to manage routine people activities in line with approved processes, and contribute feedback to improve playbooks, tools and ways of working across assigned client groups and geographies.

Champion adoption of self-service, digital HR solutions, people data, analytics and AI-enabled tools within client groups, helping leaders navigate standard processes efficiently while focusing People Experience Partner support on higher-value and more complex people matters.

Bring a One HR enterprise mindset by sharing insight from cases, leader interactions and country or client-group needs to improve service quality, standardisation, employee experience and adoption of the regional HR delivery model.

Skills and qualifications:
• Minimum six years of progressive Human Resources experience, including strong generalist HR experience in regional or global contexts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field; advanced degree or professional Human Resources certification is a plus.
• Experience supporting leaders in complex, matrixed organisations and operating effectively within a clustered, shared-service or tiered HR model.
• Ability to manage complex Tier 2 people matters with sound judgement, clear escalation discipline and awareness of local employment requirements.
• Working knowledge across employee relations, performance management, talent, succession, learning, rewards, mobility, talent acquisition, organisation design support and change activity.
• Experience using people analytics, HR information systems, digital HR platforms and AI-enabled tools to generate insight, support decisions and improve ways of working.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to build trust with leaders and collaborate across HR Business Leaders, Centres of Excellence and Innovation, People Solutions Advisors and People Solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to support adoption of standardised people processes, self-service tools and new ways of working while maintaining a One HR enterprise mindset.
