We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and highly motivated EHS Content & Events Production Lead to provide dedicated EHS oversight for Apple's expanding storytelling — including World-Wide Events, Conference and Events Services, Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Sports, PR, Marketing, and Experiential teams — driving in-person engagement with producing Business Unit (BU) leaders. You are a self-starter who works independently, anticipates the needs of the team, seeks out improvement opportunities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the culture, business practices, needs, and workflow across music, television/streaming, sports, and experiential event production. Description

As an EHS Content & Events Production Lead, you will manage the environmental, health, and safety programs for events and content productions across Apple's Services division, anticipating and mitigating risk from concept through load-out. You will work closely with Business Unit leaders and producers across Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Sports, PR, Marketing, and Experiential teams to embed safety into every phase of production and to drive a strong, proactive safety culture.

Responsibilities

Implement and manage corporate EHS compliance programs — including Construction Safety, Confined Space Entry, Hazard Communication, Hot Work, Lockout Tagout, Fall Protection, Hazardous Materials & Waste Management, and fire/life safety systems — to meet or exceed regulatory requirements, and perform regular inspections and audits.
Evaluate productions and events for safety and environmental risk across all phases — from concepts, scripts, pitches, plan of records and run-of-show plans through planning, execution, and on-site sets, stages, and locations — and recommend and assist with corrective actions.
Provide dedicated onsite compliance oversight for load-in, execution, and load-out of Apple TV, Music Live events, MARCOM and other high-touch activations and production.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Facilities, Security, Risk Management) and Business Unit leaders across Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Sports, PR, Marketing, and Experiential teams.
Respond to and investigate production emergencies, incidents, accidents, injuries, and illnesses, and support Occupational Health in managing Workers' Compensation cases.
Prepare and submit OSHA, EPA, and local compliance reports and permits, and manage EHS consulting services and Production Safety Representatives.
Drive value by improving safety culture through increased training and awareness, facility improvements, and injury reduction, and coordinate employee EHS training across supported Business Units.
Develop and distribute production/event safety guidelines, and lead and mentor other production safety professionals in skills development and effectiveness — sustaining a consistent cadence of support for the drumbeat of Apple TV premieres, junkets, Awards, and Festivals.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience supporting music events/concerts, television premieres, awards shows, festivals, sports events, or large-scale experiential activations
