Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project activities, coordinating efforts to ensure that application solutions meet the required specifications. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables, while overseeing the progress and quality of the software being developed. The role also includes managing timelines and resources effectively to support successful project completion.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to promote understanding and alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and workflows.
- Experience in application design, configuration, and customization within ServiceNow platform.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ITSM applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software development and deployment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
