You Are:

A commercially minded growth strategy consultant with a track record of leading engagements and teams, ready to help public sector and academic organizations turn customer/student/constituent insight into measurable revenue impact. You own senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor at the senior leadership/C-suite level, diagnosing where growth is stalling and shaping the agenda for revenue acceleration. You are equally comfortable behind the scenes analyzing potential solutions and in front of clients — structuring the problem, then aligning leadership around a path forward — and you turn insight into action, and action into measurable revenue growth. The Work:

  • Build customer growth strategy solutions that transform and augment clients’ impact, as well as commercial and revenue growth
  • Design, set-up, and test prototype and production customer growth strategy solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly
  • Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out skilling and re-skilling program offerings powered by customer insight and commercial analytics
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors
  • Make the business case for LearnVantage solutions recommended to the client
  • Support and lead Accenture sales efforts related to skilling programs in academia and government.
  • Continue to learn and develop your technical customer growth strategy and business expertise
  • Travel of up to 5% may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in learning operations, training administration, program coordination, or event coordination

 Bonus Points If:

  • Minimum of 1 end-to-end customer growth or commercial transformation engagement implementation, including hands-on design and configuration
  • Minimum of 6 years of commercial strategy experience and configuration expertise in customer growth strategy including but not limited to:
    • Identifying and quantifying growth opportunities, revenue-at-risk and customer value pools across strategic accounts; conducting customer, market, competitive and commercial analysis; developing growth strategies, business cases and transformation roadmaps; designing customer growth operating models that align sales, marketing, service and partner teams; and facilitating executive workshops and senior stakeholder sessions.
    • Demonstrable sector depth in High-Tech.
  • You have external client-facing consulting experience
