Maintain discussion leader rosters, track meeting performance, and prepare executive stakeholders for speaking engagements, customer meetings, and hosting duties.
  • Staff in-person events and perform tasks such as event attendee registration and check-in, staffer coordination, management of onsite vendors, and venue setup and teardown
  • Build and maintain event performance reports using Salesforce, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Provide timely post-event analysis, highlighting performance against KPIs, documenting best practices, and opportunities to improve.
  • Determine high-value account selection criteria and manage communication with business stakeholders while designing the rule-based validation and automated nomination tracking.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and project timelines to keep all workstreams on track.
  • Support centralized tools and systems for event planning, communication, and reporting.
  • Provide responsive, high-touch support to attendees during in-person events, ensuring a seamless experience and quickly resolving on-site issues.
  • Leverage AI tools to write impactful communications.

Requirements

  • Operational Efficiency: An AI-first mindset with the ability to identify and implement automations for repetitive tasks.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with experience using AI Tools to draft, refine, and scale personalized communications.
  • Mindset: A clear, confident communicator with a customer-first mindset, a bias toward action, and a natural curiosity for emerging tech.
