Lead the configuration, deployment, and ongoing management of Figma, including workspace architecture, libraries, permissions, access, and governance.
Develop and execute adoption, change-management, communication, and training strategies that enable teams to effectively use new tools, features, and workflows.
Establish and maintain governance, standards, documentation, and operating processes, while monitoring usage and identifying opportunities to improve the platform and user experience.
Partner with Technology and other internal teams to manage integrations, security, technical dependencies, and scalable platform practices.
Monitor the Figma product roadmap and partner with Figma and internal Technology teams to evaluate new capabilities, integrations, and opportunities for the organization.
Serve as a trusted source of knowledge for Figma capabilities, best practices, workflows, and troubleshooting.
Communicate program status, key decisions, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership, and proactively identify and address challenges.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in program management, operations, tool implementation, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from requirements through implementation and adoption.
Deep expertise in Figma, including enterprise administration, configuration, permissions, libraries, governance, and troubleshooting.
Experience implementing and managing tools or platforms across multiple teams or organizations.
Experience driving adoption of new tools, practices, processes, or ways of working.
Strong understanding of design and product lifecycles, from requirements and planning through delivery and release.
Strong relationship-building, stakeholder-management, and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems independently, and proactively identify and address challenges.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in UX/UI, product design, design operations, frontend development, or a related field.
Experience administering enterprise design, collaboration, or productivity platforms.
Experience with project and workflow management platforms such as Wrike or Airtable.
