Job Description

Support service delivery and product teams in the effective management of resources, projects, budgets, and operational priorities to achieve business and client objectives. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate project activities, strengthen governance, monitor performance, and promote consistent project management practices. Depending on business needs, the role may also design and execute demand management processes, deliver training on standard methods and tools, facilitate reporting and decision-making forums, and develop practical models that improve planning and business outcomes. An interest in artificial intelligence is encouraged, and experience using AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, analysis, reporting, or decision-making is considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project and operational activities to support timely, high-quality delivery against business and client commitments.

• Track resource capacity, allocations, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets, escalating concerns when appropriate.

• Support demand intake, prioritization, forecasting, and resource planning processes in partnership with relevant stakeholders.

• Prepare accurate status reports, dashboards, governance materials, financial updates, and executive-ready summaries.

• Facilitate project reviews, governance meetings, planning sessions, and follow-up actions to improve accountability and transparency.

• Promote standard project management methods, templates, controls, and reporting practices across supported teams.

• Develop and deliver training, guidance, and documentation on project management requirements, tools, and ways of working.

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, capacity constraints, and opportunities for improvement.

• Create models, tools, and recommendations that strengthen planning, prioritization, and business decision-making.

• Explore appropriate uses of AI tools to streamline routine work, enhance analysis, improve reporting, and increase team productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, finance, operations, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Experience supporting project management, service delivery, product operations, portfolio management, resource management, or a comparable business function.

• Working knowledge of project planning, governance, risk and issue management, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams; experience with project or portfolio management platforms is preferred.

• Ability to analyze data, maintain accurate records, and produce clear reports for different stakeholder audiences.

• Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

• Project management certification or familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with generative AI, automation, analytics, or productivity tools is desirable but not required.
