Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance overall system performance are integral parts of the daily routine.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve software capabilities and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and inventory management within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Materials Management modules to align with business workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MM and other SAP modules or third-party systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to materials management and supply chain operations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
