Summary:

This position demands continuous collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that software solutions align with business objectives and operational needs, while also adapting to evolving project demands and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and configuration management within regulated environments.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software solutions tailored to client needs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Veeva Vault with other enterprise systems.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues efficiently.
- Excellent understanding of compliance and validation requirements relevant to software systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
