Key Responsibilities
Functional SME Leadership
- Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, ensuring functional correctness and alignment with real-world compensation business processes and operational goals.
- Apply deep knowledge of compensation business processes — including merit, bonus, equity, and total rewards planning — to validate requirements, configurations, and workflows with client stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions are functionally sound, scalable, and aligned to both HR Total Rewards objectives and broader business strategy throughout the project lifecycle.
- Take responsibility for team decisions within the compensation workstream and provide solutions to problems that apply both to the immediate team and across multiple delivery teams.
- Drive the adoption of best practices, quality standards, and governance frameworks across all project engagements.
Solution Design & Process Improvement
- Lead the analysis and refinement of business requirements, aligning compensation processes with SAP SuccessFactors system capabilities and operational goals.
- Define detailed functional and technical specifications to guide configuration, development, and integration teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system performance, user experience, and compensation cycle efficiency.
- Develop and support proof of concepts, solution estimates, and conceptual designs to validate approaches and secure stakeholder confidence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by proactively identifying functional gaps and proposing forward-looking, scalable enhancements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT — to drive seamless integration and end-to-end implementation of compensation processes.
- Engage directly with client stakeholders to communicate progress, address challenges, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with project objectives throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Facilitate compensation design workshops, calibration sessions, and go-live readiness reviews with business leads and HR leadership.
- Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new compensation processes, planning cycles, and system capabilities across client organisations.
Team Leadership & Practice Contribution
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members by actively sharing compensation domain expertise and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
- Engage with multiple delivery teams simultaneously, contributing to key decisions and resolving cross-team challenges with clarity and confidence.
- Contribute to Accenture's SAP SuccessFactors Compensation practice through knowledge sharing, go-to-market positioning, and delivery methodology development.
- Mentor junior practitioners, elevating functional knowledge and delivery standards across the broader People & Workforce Technology practice.
