We are seeking a strategic Business Partnerships Manager to drive Apple Music’s growth and deepen our presence in Korea’s dynamic music market. In this role, you will apply your strategic thinking, industry expertise, and analytical skills to accelerate Apple's music business and deepen partnerships across Apple Music's ecosystem and with external partners.

In close collaboration with internal Apple teams - including but not limited to editorial, radio, marketing, PR, business development, legal, design, and international - you will navigate complex, cross-functional priorities and ensure that local execution aligns with global strategy.
This position requires a self-motivated individual who adapts quickly to change, navigates shifting priorities, and consistently delivers results under pressure.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned manager with a proven ability to lead, influence, and deliver results across diverse teams and partners. You will be responsible for driving the growth of Apple Music’s business in Korea by spearheading the entire process - from developing subscriber and revenue-driving initiatives to executing detailed action plans. This includes setting clear objectives, tracking performance, and ensuring alignment with Apple's broader business goals.
You will cultivate and manage trusted relationships with leading music partners, artists, and industry stakeholders, identifying new opportunities that accelerate Apple Music's strategic vision. Minimum Qualifications

7+ years of relevant experience in partnership management, business development, or strategy and planning roles within digital content, media, or marketing industries.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and scale subscriber and revenue-driving efforts, and translate data-driven insights, financial analysis, and strategic initiatives into compelling business narratives for internal and external stakeholders.
Proven track record of successful project management and business negotiation across multiple functions.
