Employee Experience Practitioner

Job Title: HR Service Delivery Analyst. What are we looking for: Primary skill - Talent Acquisition - P4 Secondary skill - Human Resource Recruitment - P4 . Designation: HR Service Delivery Analyst. Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems. Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and or Accenture management. You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments. The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others. You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts. Location: Medellin.

Requisitos y experiencia:

• El requisito de idioma puede variar según la solución y el cliente.
• La atención al detalle es relevante para desarrollar entregables de calidad.
• Requiere análisis y solución de problemas de baja complejidad.
• La interacción es con los colegas de Accenture antes de actualizar a los supervisores. Tendrá exposición al cliente, especialmente a los líderes/Hiring Managers de las vacantes.
• Requiere un nivel moderado de instrucción en las tareas del trabajo diario e instrucciones detalladas sobre nuevas asignaciones.
• Colaborador autogestionado en el manejo de prioridades y cumplimiento de tiempos en las diferentes etapas de selección y contratación.
• Las decisiones impactan el propio trabajo y pueden impactar el trabajo de otros.
• Es posible que se requieran horas extras y festivos (dependerá de la dinámica del proyecto específico).
• Interés y participación en implementaciones de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial.
