Business Operations Associate

Job Summary

 

Support Business Operations activities by providing data-driven insights, maintaining operational reports, assisting in workforce and coordinating with stakeholders to drive business performance and operational excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain operational dashboards and reports.
• Analyze business performance metrics, including headcount, chargeability, demand, and supply.
• Support workforce planning and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate with Delivery Leads, Client Operations, Finance, HR, and Capability teams.
• Monitor key business metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support annual planning, target setting, and business reviews.
• Maintain data accuracy across business systems and tools.
• Prepare leadership presentations, meeting materials, and executive summaries.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

Educational Requirement:

Must have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent relevant business operations experience

• Open to Fresh Graduates - with Latin Honor

Skills and Work Experience

Must Have:

•  Comfortable with Microsoft Excel (beginner) and PowerPoint
• Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity to achieve results and effectively resolve conflicts as they arise.
• Confidence and assertiveness in working with Senior Executives.
• Highly flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure and quickly changing priorities.
• Self-motivated, with a high degree of self-reliance and responsibility to own issues and actions.
• Absolute personal integrity, trustworthiness, discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to influence without direct authority to drive action at all levels.
• Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders
• Proven team management skills
