Our team partners closely with customers and internal engineering groups to ensure Intel Foundry is recognized as a trusted, world-class manufacturing partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary customer advocate and technical interface for customer quality inquiries, representing customer interests across Intel Foundry and external OSAT partner organizations to deliver timely, collaborative solutions.

  • Lead and support structured problem-solving initiatives utilizing rigorous methodologies such as 8D, RMA, and Change Notification Management (PCNs).
  • Facilitate and support customer quality audits, ensuring comprehensive compliance with international industry standards including ISO9001 and IATF16949.
  • Drive continuous improvement by designing, deploying, and standardizing next-generation quality management systems, collateral, and structured business processes across foundry and OSAT operations.
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting regular quality reviews to continuously enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration internally to advocate for customer quality requirements and drive service, process, and yield improvements throughout manufacturing, assembly, and test operations.
