Overview

Microsoft Copilot is redefining work with AI. Our marketing should be just as ambitious. The Microsoft Copilot Integrated Marketing team turns a product into customer preference and business impact across every channel and moment. We set a high bar for creative quality, and we help everyone around us meet it. We’re looking for a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to join our team. You're passionate about AI and great marketing. You're product-curious and love getting hands-on with what's new. You have a pulse on how marketing is evolving in the tech landscape and beyond, and you look for creative inspiration across categories. You understand commercial audiences deeply and know they deserve the same quality of content and experience as any consumer. And you have the experience and taste to lead: you can take work from idea to execution, bring partners along, and stand behind the result in front of senior leaders. In this role, you'll lead strategic marketing initiatives across web, social, campaigns, launches, and events, from big moments to small hosted experiences. You'll influence across a matrixed organization, partnering with marketers, product teams, communicators, creatives, and agency partners to deliver work that builds trust, drives preference, and creates measurable business impact.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across channels and key moments.
  • Build integrated plans that connect narrative, launch activities, customer experiences, communications, content, events, and digital engagement into one coherent story.
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, with clear priorities, accountability, and execution excellence.
  • Develop strategic frameworks, presentations, narratives, briefs, and recommendations, and present them confidently to senior leadership.
  • Partner closely with product marketing, communications, creative, social, events, and business stakeholders to deliver experiences that feel considered and premium.
  • Translate customer, market, and competitive insights, including from outside our category, into actionable recommendations.
  • Define campaign goals, KPIs, and measurement frameworks, establishing reporting rhythms to track business impact and surface opportunities to leadership.
  • Identify new opportunities to strengthen Microsoft Copilot's position in market and raise the creative bar for how it shows up.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, brand strategy, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience?

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, including events or experiential work.
  • Experience supporting executive communications, launches, events, or customer engagement initiatives.
  • Deep familiarity with B2B technology marketing and commercial audiences, and a belief that B2B doesn't have to look or feel like B2B.
  • Strategic thinking, with a habit of coming to the table with solutions, not just problems.
  • Ability to balance long-term planning with day-to-day execution.
  • A point of view on great marketing and storytelling, and the taste to back it up.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and hands-on interest in how products like Copilot change the way people work.
