Microsoft Copilot is redefining work with AI. Our marketing should be just as ambitious. The Microsoft Copilot Integrated Marketing team turns a product into customer preference and business impact across every channel and moment, and some of our most important moments happen in person. We're looking for a Senior PMM, Events & Experiences for Microsoft Copilot who knows how to bring a big idea to life and deliver it flawlessly. You have deep production experience and the operational rigor to run complex programs, but what sets you apart is that you care about the experience itself. You think like a host. You sweat the details that make people feel welcomed, informed, and inspired, from the first invitation to the last conversation in the room. You know that business audiences, executives, and partners notice craft, and you hold a high bar for it. In this role, you'll lead marquee first- and third-party Copilot events and experiences, working closely with senior marketing leadership. You'll partner across marketing, product, sales, communications, and external agencies to turn business priorities into experiences people remember.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production of marquee Copilot events and experiences, from brief and concept through planning, onsite delivery, and post-event measurement.
- Design the full attendee journey with both product storytelling and hhospitality in mind, making sure every touchpoint feels intentional, cohesive, and on-brand.
- Own event plans, budgets, production schedules, dependencies, and risks, and keep teams moving toward clear decisions and deadlines.
- Lead agencies and production partners with briefs, clear scopes, and high quality expectations, holding them accountable while building great working relationships.
- Manage executive speakers, customers, and talent through briefing, content, rehearsals, and showtime, creating a seamless speaker experience.
- Run show flow, rehearsals, and onsite execution, anticipating issues and making calm, sound decisions in real time.
- Make thoughtful trade-offs across scope, creative ambition, timelines, and investment without lowering the bar.
- Measure what worked, learn from audience feedback and business outcomes, and bring new ideas that evolve how people experience Copilot across physical, digital, and hybrid formats.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, brand strategy, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience?
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience producing complex, high-profile events, with ownership from concept through onsite execution.
- Creative judgment and a genuine instinct for what makes an experience memorable, not just well run.
- Project management skills across budgets, timelines, dependencies, and risk.
- Experience leading event, experiential, creative, and production agencies.
- Experience working directly with senior executives and high-profile talent, with discretion and confidence.
- Proven ability to influence and lead without direct authority in a large, matrixed organization.
- Composure and good judgment in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
- Experience producing large-scale technology, executive, customer, or industry events, including keynotes, general sessions, and executive engagement programs.
- Background in hospitality, luxury, or premium brand experiences.
- Experience managing multiple agencies and vendors within a single integrated production.
- Experience building measurement frameworks and applying insights to future programs.
- Curiosity about AI and experience in technology or another fast-moving industry.
