Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, your typical day involves designing comprehensive business processes that align with organizational goals and performance standards. You collaborate closely with various stakeholders to develop detailed process blueprints and define key performance indicators that guide operational efficiency. Your role includes facilitating quality management reviews to ensure that all business and design requirements are thoroughly addressed. You also play a vital role in educating and engaging stakeholders to foster a clear understanding of the process designs, ensuring seamless integration and effective implementation across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to support organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on process goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing business process architectures within SAP environments.
- Experience in integrating SAP ABAP solutions with business process requirements to optimize performance.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical specifications.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive process and application development.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP ABAP Development for HANA implementations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
