You Are:

A recognized leader in commerce platforms & customer experience technology, you can confidently lead strategic and technical conversations with CIOs, CTOs, CMOs, enterprise architects, and executive stakeholders shaping large-scale commerce transformation initiatives.

A trusted advisor who understands how organizations leverage commerce platforms, marketing technology and customer data platforms to drive growth and create differentiated customer experiences; and can connect business strategy, customer experience, data, and technology into actionable transformation roadmaps.

You have deep expertise across Full-Stack Commerce Suites, Composable/API First and Open-SaaS commerce platforms including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, VTECH, Kibo, CommerceTools and BigCommerce along with a strong understanding of  Martech, Customer Data, and Customer Service platforms, AI, and enterprise integrations.

You are comfortable defining composable commerce strategies, leading architecture workshops, designing implementation roadmaps, estimating complex enterprise programs, and supporting presales and go-to-market initiatives.

 

The Work:

• Serve as a trusted client advisor providing executive-level thought leadership on commerce and customer technology trends and platform capabilities including AI-enabled experiences, digital content ecosystems, and emerging technologies.
• Partner with executives and business stakeholders to define technology strategies that support growth, customer engagement, and digital innovation, helping organizations navigate technology investments and transformation decisions.
• Lead transformation strategy activities including technology visioning, architecture, roadmap definition, and business case development.
• Advise clients on the selection, modernization, integration, and optimization of commerce platforms and customer technology ecosystems including Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Digital Experience Platforms (DXPs), Marketing Automation, Personalization and Analytics solutions.

• Lead solution architecture and design of enterprise-level e-commerce and customer experience transformation projects working with strategy, creative, data, product, engineering, and platform teams.

• Provide architectural guidance during project delivery to ensure performance, scalability, security, and quality standards are maintained.

• Support business development activities including solutioning, proposal development, client presentations, and sales pursuits.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital commerce, including composable commerce, cloud platforms, and AI-driven customer experience solutions.
• Influence and enhance Accenture Song's offerings, methodologies, assets, market positioning, and industry thought leadership.

Here's What You'll Need:

• 10+ years of experience in customer technology, digital platforms, digital transformation, consulting, or technology strategy with 5+ years in architecting and delivering enterprise-scale digital commerce solutions.
• 7+ years advising executive stakeholders on technology strategy, platform investments, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience with modern commerce platforsm such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, VTECH, Kibo, CommerceTools and BigCommerce
• Experience working across multiple customer technology domains including Marketing Technology, Customer Data, Digital Experience, Content, and Analytics platforms.
• Experience integrating with enterprise platforms includin PIM, OMS, and payment gateway systems.
• Deep understanding of API-first, microservices, MACH, and cloud-native architecture principles.
• Experience developing technology roadmaps, business cases, target-state architectures, and digital transformation strategies.
• Proven experience in presales, solutioning, estimations, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations.

• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills

• A University Degree is required for this position
• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
