Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system performance.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software architecture and delivery processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Integration Hub.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and best practices for custom software development.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear guidance on integration strategies and problem resolution.
- Familiarity with API management, data transformation, and workflow automation within integration platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Integration Hub.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
