Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves offering expert consultative services focused on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. This role requires engaging deeply with client needs, interpreting those requirements into actionable business and technology strategies. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align technology with business objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet the intended business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering seamless integration and effective implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance system capabilities and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and project success.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of integration strategies with overall business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management.
- Strong understanding of system integration principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing business and technology solutions that align with client requirements.
- Ability to drive transformation discussions and map customer journeys effectively.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Competent in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration challenges.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
