Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current technology environments and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud platforms. This role includes planning and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that the solutions implemented are scalable and deliver high performance. The position requires coordinating with various teams to align migration strategies with business goals, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise to support next-generation business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop migration roadmaps that align with organizational objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend cloud technologies and tools that optimize migration efficiency and performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing expertise and guiding best practices in cloud migration processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure design and implementation.
- Strong understanding of private and public cloud technologies and platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop scalable migration solutions.
- Familiarity with application and data migration methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
