Summary:
As an Infrastructure Engineer, a typical day involves supporting the definition of requirements and contributing to the design and construction of data center technology components. The role includes active participation in testing activities to ensure the reliability and performance of infrastructure solutions. This position requires close collaboration with various teams to align technology implementations with organizational goals, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency within the data center environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize infrastructure deployment processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of infrastructure solutions with business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Engineering Planning and Deployment Solution.
- Strong understanding of network architecture design principles and data center technologies.
- Experience in planning and executing large-scale network deployments and upgrades.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and validation of infrastructure components.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated technology solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Engineering Planning and Deployment Solution.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
