At Amazon, we strive to be Earth's most customer-centric company where people can find and discover anything they want to buy online. We hire the world's brightest minds, offering them an environment in which they can relentlessly improve the customer experience. Innovation and creativity are built into the DNA of the company and are encouraged at all levels of employment. Every day we solve complex technical and business problems with ingenuity and simplicity. We're making history and the good news is we've only just begun.

Amazon's IT Logistics and Imaging Team (ITS-LIT) operates a warehouse-scale production floor that images, provisions, and manages the lifecycle of every corporate laptop and device deployed to Amazonians across the United States. Our team at SEA124 (Ouroboros) in Renton, WA processes thousands of devices weekly — supporting new hire onboarding, device refreshes, inventory management, reverse logistics, and data destruction.

We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator II to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will own end-to-end execution of inventory and logistics processes — from receiving and inducting IT assets through picking, packing, shipping, and disposition. You'll be expected to independently manage your workload, prioritize across competing demands, and ensure accuracy and quality in every transaction. Beyond day-to-day execution, you will identify process gaps, contribute to workflow improvements, and help maintain the SOPs and standards that keep our operations running at scale.

This is a hands-on warehouse environment where your work has immediate, measurable impact on Amazon's ability to deliver devices to employees on Day 1.

Our team approaches work as seeing no job as too small and no challenge as too big!

Key job responsibilities
- Own end-to-end inventory operations including receiving, induct, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of IT assets and peripherals
- Independently prioritize and manage daily workload across multiple queues and programs, making judgment calls when demand exceeds capacity
- Restock IT inventory locations, vending machines, and supply stores; monitor stock levels and flag replenishment needs proactively
- Process returned IT assets in accordance with compute reuse, reverse logistics, and disposal policies — ensuring proper documentation at each step
- Prepare IT assets for transportation in line with IT and InfoSec policies, including safe handling and destruction of IT media
- Coordinate removal and recovery of IT assets from campus locations as required
- Prepare new hire equipment kits and support campus IT staff during new hire orientation
- Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to workflow improvements; help maintain SOPs and standard work documentation
- Support onboarding and training of newer team members and contractors
- Monitor and action assigned work within SLA, documenting progress in ServiceNow and project management systems
- Partner with cross-functional teams (IT Support, Returns, Stock Cart, Imaging) to meet operational commitments

A day in the life
You arrive at a warehouse facility in Renton, WA and check your queue — inbound shipments to receive, outbound orders to pick and pack, returns to process. You prioritize based on SLAs and urgency, moving between programs throughout the day. Some days you're building new hire kits for Monday onboarding. Other days you're processing asset dispositions, restocking vending machines across campus, or coordinating a bulk removal from a decommissioned floor. You flag issues before they become problems, update your tracking systems, and make sure every asset is accounted for. The constant: your accuracy and speed directly impact whether someone has the equipment they need on Day 1.

About the team
We're Amazon's primary imaging center for North America — a warehouse team that prepares and ships every corporate laptop before an employee's first day. We process thousands of devices weekly across multiple imaging lanes and shifts. You'll work alongside engineers, technicians, and operations specialists who build their own tools, write their own procedures, and own their programs end-to-end. Our culture is hands-on, direct, and team-first. We value people who take ownership, communicate clearly, and look for ways to improve how things work. Every day brings something different.
