Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will be filled with dynamic problem-solving, collaborating with team members, and ensuring the smooth operation of software components. You will play a vital role in maintaining system integrity and enhancing user experience through effective support and troubleshooting.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Document issues and resolutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
- Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Standard Edition, Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

System Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into application specifications
- Analyze, design, test implement, and maintain application systems or web-based applications

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis, design (include database design), development, implementation, and quality assurance
- Good communication, project management, strong anlytical, problem-solving skills
Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
